Reports: Stansted freight operator goes into liquidation

LONDON - Stansted-based airfreight operator Cargologicair is expected to enter business liquidation, according to media reports.

Cargologicair suspended operations and advised its pilots about a plan to initiate liquidation proceedings Feb 24th, "Cargoforwarder" reports. The airline recently sold one of its two Boeing 747 freighters and is understood to have faced financial headwinds in recent month.

Its German affiliate Cargologic Germany is not affected by the move.
