The all new British Airways A350-1000 fleet was involved in a recent sequence mishaps. Delivered in December 2019, "jinxed" G-XWBD alone experienced a hard landing in Tel Aviv, an hydraulic failure that caused hot brakes during a landing in Toronto and a similar incident at London only a few days later.
The jet had also been damaged during painting at Airbus pre-delivery.
