WASHINGTON - The United States Department of Transport (DOT) has cleared an extensive codeshare between JetBlue Airways and British Airways. The airlines will connect their networks to numerous destinations in the United States and Great Britain through reciprocal codeshare arrangements.

The DOT nods off a new codeshare alliance between JetBlue Airways and British Airways. Formal approval was granted June 7th.

British Airways will connect its Boston and New York flights to 75 JetBlue connections into the US under its BA code. In return, JetBlue Airways will add British Airways destinations into Europe to its network, including services to Berlin, Brussels, Frankfurt, Munich an Paris.
