LONDON - Since 2015, UK-headquartered AOG Technics has supplied parts for passenger aircraft engines around the world, at least some of those with bogus documents. This carries consequences for the former director.

On Wednesday 28 May, the UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO) charged former AOG technics director Jose Alejandro Z. Y. with fraudulent trading.

"He is accused of operating AOG Technics for a fraudulent purpose and is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on Monday 2 June 2025," the SFO said. The charges carry a punishment of up to ten years imprisonment.
