The new order is in addition to a deal for 36 A321neo Jet2 and Airbus signed in August with purchase rights for 24 more.
The airline currently operates only Boeing 737-800 aircraft and expects newly ordered aircraft through 2029.
The terms of the new agreement are "substantially the same" as those approved for the initial orders, Jet2 said. The airline now holds 51 firm orders for the A321neo and can extend the order to up to 75 aircraft.
